We photographed this precious baby girl in April. She has a big sister and a big brother – the sweetest siblings ever!
For this Newborn Essence package, we used lacy white fabric as the first prop/setup. She looked loved wrapped in pink and with a pink bonnet. Then we also wanted to show her funky hair. We usually do two different poses here – first lying on her back and second on her side. She gave us a sweet smile in the second pose, which is a great capture. With siblings, we do different poses depending on their ages. Her siblings are old enough to hold the baby while sitting. We also wanted the younger brother to support the baby’s head together and he was so great to help his sister.
The second prop we did for this newborn essence session is with a rustic basket. We love this basket and our clients love it, too, weather it is for baby boy or girl. For a baby girl, we use a couple of different headbands and bonnets. She looks so adorable with the beige bonnet.
Last, we captured very intimate connection between the baby and mom/dad, and the entire family. How precious is that to have this family portrait! We hope to photograph this lovely family again when Evelyn turns 6 months.
