🎄 2026 Christmas Mini Sessions at Rachel Yoon Photography 🎄
It’s that magical time of year again! Our 2026 Christmas Mini Sessions are here, with four weekends to capture your family’s holiday joy. Whether you’re continuing a cherished tradition or joining us for the first time, we can’t wait to welcome you into our cozy studio for portraits you’ll treasure for years to come.

The Details:
- Session Dates: October 16, 17, 18 & 23, 24, 25 and November 6, 7, 8 & 13, 14, 15 (November dates are SOLD OUT. We are holding a few spots on November 28th and 29th. Please email us if you want to be on the waitlist)
- Location: Rachel Yoon Photography Studio in Burnaby (208-3787 Canada Way, Burnaby)
- Session Length: 15-20 minutes
- Who: Immediate family only. The youngest child must be at least 4 months old at the time of the session. Sorry, no furry family members.
- Set: Four beautifully styled Christmas backdrops — 2 large sets perfect for the whole family (top 2), plus 2 small sets just for the little ones (bottom 2)
- Includes: 5 edited digital images of your choice (with the option to purchase more)
- Bonus: Bring a donation bag of baby toys, books, or clothes for Baby Go Round on the day of your session and receive 1 additional edited image, free
- Cost: $300 + GST

Important Information (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)
- Grandparents can be added to your session for an additional $100 + GST. This includes 2 additional digital images. (Please add grandparents in the question ‘who will be at the session?’ and we will invoice you separately)
- Have a large extended family? (Grandparents plus multiple kids’ families, for example.) You’re welcome to book two sessions back-to-back so we have enough time for each family and together.
- No returning client discount will apply as it is a mini session.
- This is a studio session only.
- If you have credits or a gift card on file that you’d like to use for this session, please email us before Saturday, August 15. Do not book through the calendar below — we’ll set up your session directly.
- If a family member is sick, we’ll do our best to reschedule your session — although availability is not guaranteed due to the limited number of Christmas Mini spots. If we’re unable to find a new time, your payment will be kept as a credit for a future session.
- If you cancel in advance, your payment is non-refundable but will be kept as a credit toward a future session. Unfortunately, no-shows will not receive a refund or credit. We appreciate your understanding as these sessions are short, seasonal, and in high demand. Our goal is always to work with you as best as we can while ensuring a smooth experience for every family.
💌 How to Book:
Bookings open exclusively online at 7am on Saturday, August 15th. Set your alarms — these sessions sell out fast every year! Choose a date and an available spot below, and follow the steps to complete the booking. A non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
👗 What to Wear:
Dress in your festive best — think cozy knits, velvet, winter whites, soft reds and greens, or classic holiday pajamas. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you the session confirmation with styling tips, what to expect, and how to get the most out of your mini session.
