Christmas Mini Family Sessions

It is a rare opportunity to get your family portraits done by Rachel Yoon Photography in a mini session as we hardly offer mini sessions. We are offering Christmas mini family sessions this year again.

It is the time of the year you want a nice family portrait done so you can send holiday greetings with a photo of your lovely family. You don’t necessarily need a full session with many photos but just a few. Our mini family session is exactly for that.

2019 Christmas Mini Family Session

• 20-minute studio family session
• Holiday decorations and backdrops
• 4 high resolution digital images printable up to 8×12

When & Where

• We are offering the sessions on October 4th, 5th, 6th, 18th, 19th, and 20th.
• Once those dates are sold out, we will open up November 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Please email us if those dates are when you are available or October dates are all sold out.
• The sessions are done at Rachel Yoon Photography’s boutique baby studio at 3787 Canada Way, Burnaby.

Additional Info

• As Rachel Yoon Photography is a boutique baby studio, we are photographing families with at least one baby under 5 years old.
• The mini sessions are not available for newborns or babies under 4 months. The youngest baby must be at least 4 months old by the time of the session.
• We will photograph the family, babies and kids alone and together.
• The photos will be ready in 2 weeks after your session.
• For those who would like us to design the cards, we offer a set of 25 post cards (5×7 in size) with envelopes at $85+tax ($70 for the 2nd set).
• No returning client discount will apply as it is a mini session.
• Due to unreliable weather in Vancouver, we are not offering outdoor mini sessions.

How to Book

This year, we are using an integrated shopping system so you can pick the date and time when you book.

2. Once the booking is complete, we will add your session to our Client Management System.
3. Then we will send you a client questionnaire and contract.
4. Please complete those two documents by due date (typically in 2 days).
5. The full payment is required at the time of booking.
6. A schedule change is possible only if there is another client who can swap.
